Apple Blossoms

This weekend was the apple blossom festival up at the school and we weren't able to go so we went up later on in the evening and got to see all the pretty blossoms. It was fun to go see them and show Juliette. She loved it! It was a fun Saturday night family date. :) We took lots of pictures and went walking all around in the orchard. The sun wasn't out but it was sooo warm and beautiful! After our escapade in the orchards we went home, had pizza on the floor while Juliette took a nap (like an indoor picnic) and then went on a walk for an hour and a half! We also stopped by a small park and took Juliette on the swings. She was sitting in my lap and I was nervous that she'd be scared but Steven was making her laugh when we'd swing up towards him as he stood in front of the swing. It was a lot of fun!

Her tongue is ALWAYS sticking out! I know. I know....just like I did when I was a baby...

Steven loves to swing her around and see how much she can handle. (She loves to be with her Dad!)

Don't mind me....I didn't even shower yesterday...sick I know. I'm a little embarrassed to even post this picture...Oh well-we all have days like that. Right? :)

This was right before she tried to eat the blossom....It turns out she doesn't like them...weird.

Family Picnic in May

This week has been so warm and nice and we've wanted to go have a picnic at the park but Steven has been so busy with school. So today we went after his test and homework!

We bought burritos, brought a blanket and an umbrella to shade Juliette and Steven sat and took lots of pictures. As you can see the umbrella is fixed with our sandals so that the wind wouldn't blow it away.

Juliette was loving being outside. We let her put her bare feet in the grass and feel it and she was so cute and so happy about everything! :)

Home for Spring Break

Juliette got to go to Spokane with us for the first time since she was born. The rides there and back went surprisingly pleasant but she was fussy the whole time we were there; that was unfortunate. She got to meet great grandmas and aunts and uncles that she'd never met before. She also got to meet her only cousin, Vivienne, and Vivienne loved Juliette. This is a picture of her giving Juliette kisses. :) There is a picture of the three of us after Juliette's baby blessing. She had on her new dress, new bracelet that a friend made for her, and her cute little headband. After the baby blessing we had family over to Bill & Melody's house and ate a delicious feast, modified Cafe Rio! While we were in Spokane we celebrated Grandma Peggy's birthday and this is a picture of the cake I decorated for her! We had so much fun and can't wait to go back in the summer!

Juliette was practically posing for all of these pictures for her Daddy! She was so happy when Steven was taking her pictures and then when he left to put his pictures on the computer she started crying! Sorry, we're a little obsessed but you can't have enough pictures right? :) Oh man...we love this little girl!
