Juliette Rose Peacock

Here she is! She came on Janary 27, 2011 at 9:53 p.m. She weighed 7 pounds even and was 20 inches long.

She is sucking her thumb in this picture but she sometimes sucks the back of her hand and her pointer finger! It's so dang cute!

My dad was holding her and he called this her "princess" pose. In the other picture she is 1 day old.

I love the picture of her and I. We had just barely met in person! She is such a sweet heart!

Juliette was supposed to be born February 2, by c-section but my water broke at a Relief Society activity and Steven was studying at the library. I stood up after the activity was over and thought "oh man...I just peed my pants a little." Then I thought..."whoa, I can't stop peeing my pants...this is embarrassing!" So I quickly jet to the bathroom and called Steven to come pick me up. We went straight to the hospital around 8:30 p.m. and she was born a little over an hour later! :)
I love the picture of her cute half smile! She has long eyelashes, big beautiful eyes and a smile to die for! :)

We think we'll keep her! ;)

Almost 36 Weeks!!

36 weeks and I hope not much more till this little one comes! I keep wishing that she'd come now but Steven says, "No, no no!" He's excited for her to come too but thinks she needs to "ripen" first-if you will... :)

Christmas III

Christmas morning we spent with the Peacock side. We all opened presents one-by-one and it took us forever!..but it was WAAY FUN! Kent got an AD~HD shirt that looks like its supposed to be AC-DC.Little Vivienne opening her gifts on her first Christmas.

Melody got two of these but I only took the picture with the one...the other picture...a little inappropriate for blogging, yet hilarious!
It's tradition to go out to eat and have dessert at Dockside, a restaurant in Coeur d Alene every year around Christmas time. We get to spend time together and see all the Christmas lights put up all around the lake.

Christmas Fun II

We spent Christmas afternoon at Grandma Peggy's house and sat by the fire while we opened presents. Every year we get together with Grandma Peggy and Jane's family to celebrate. We ate a huge and delicious dinner and then everyone opened their gifts one-by-one.
I'm not sure what my dad is opening here but I didn't get a picture of him opening the Gonzaga ticket that we got him...he was really surprised!
Who knows what Shauna is opening...but she looks happy about it. :)Aaren got a few things he needed to head off to WSU this semester...looks like he got some socks with something else...I stink at this... Here's Baby Boston...I think he's excited about his findings!

Christmas Fun

I caught these two in action! Steven loves his dogs and only gets to see them when we go back to Spokane. He always wrestles with "Buddy" and Buddy loves it!
We decorated sugar cookies for our holiday baking and Steven and my Mom got a little out of hand. :)
Grandma Carnline made Juliette two blankets and this is one of them!
On December 18 I finally graduated with my bachelors in health science....it took long enough!

68 Days Left

30 Weeks and 2 days! Steven and I compared my pictures of 23 weeks and the pictures we just took and we didn't think there was that big of a difference. But I'll tell you what...I'm definitely feeling the difference! Juliette is about 3 pounds and about 17 inches!
